Return Process

  Log in to your Bigscreen account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and remote controls to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
